About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to bookings for sim racing rigs and race nights at APEXX. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or make a booking.

Bookings

• A booking request is made when you submit the form with your chosen date, rig and session length.
• A booking is confirmed only once we accept it and reserve your seat. We may decline or reschedule where a rig is unavailable.
• Please provide accurate details so we can hold your session and contact you if anything changes.

Payment and pricing

Rig rates and race-night package prices shown on this site are indicative and may change. The price that applies is the one confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms are provided when your booking is confirmed at the venue.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a session, please let us know as early as possible so the seat can be offered to another driver. We may cancel or reschedule a session where necessary, for example due to equipment maintenance, and will offer an alternative where we can.

Use of the venue and equipment

• Follow the guidance of our marshals and any posted safety instructions at all times.
• Use the rigs, wheels, pedals and seats only as intended and report any fault immediately.
• We may end a session without refund where behaviour is unsafe, damages equipment or disturbs other guests.

Entertainment only

APEXX provides sim racing as a form of entertainment. Lap times, leaderboards and race results are for enjoyment and friendly competition only and have no monetary value. Entertainment only — not a gambling venue.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics and branding, belongs to APEXX or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe and well-maintained venue. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown above and post the updated version on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
